Managing Director, Unmentionable Theatre; Baltimore, MD– August 2005 to present

Primary fundraiser and manager for non-profit theater company. Serves as producer and central press contact with duties including balancing the budget, compensation and reimbursement, contract negotiation, and general company administration. Develops company season in conjunction with Artistic Director.

 

Developer/ Server, Romano’s Macaroni Grill; Hanover, MD – August 2005 to June 2006

Conducted training classes and follow training for new team members. Assisted management in reinforcing new and current company standards. Provided individualized customer service to restaurant patrons.

 

Youth Regional Representative, NAACP National Board of Directors– July 2003 to present

Elected to represent NAACP units throughout DC, MD & VA, and serve as liaison from Board of Directors to membership base.  Sets national policy for over 2,000 units, particularly policy pertaining to African-American youth. Serves as certified trainer for new members, fundraiser, organizer, for large non-profit. Serves as only youth on Executive Committee, responsible for acting when full Board is not in session.

Developed for Dance Foundations first theater curriculum and lesson plans for children ages 5-16. Taught acting, playwriting, musical theater, theater history, and various dance forms.
